Quad Dunes & Beach
Quad Dunes & Beach — About This Tour
Experience the ultimate dual-landscape adventure by combining the rugged, sandy terrain of the desert with the boundless expanse of the Atlantic Ocean. This exhilarating 2.5-hour ride begins by navigating your quad deep into the towering sand dunes and lush argan tree reserves of the Souss-Massa region. Here, you will tackle a variety of off-road challenges, from soft sand tracks to winding forest trails.
After conquering the inland terrain, the route opens up directly onto the spectacular, sun-drenched beaches of Agadir. You will power your quad down onto the wide, flat sands, where the refreshing ocean spray provides a welcome contrast to the desert heat. Riding beside the crashing waves offers an unmatched sense of freedom and incredible photo opportunities along the wild shoreline.
For a longer version of this coastal route, consider our half-day beach and dune tour →, which covers more distance over 4 hours. Alternatively, if you prefer to experience the beach at its most magical hour, our sunset beach quad tour → departs late in the afternoon to catch the evening light over the water.

Quad Dunes & Beach — Frequently Asked Questions
Is previous riding experience required?
No prior experience is necessary. A brief training session is included before departure, and the guide will match the pace to the group's comfort level.
How much of the tour is actually on the beach?
The tour splits its time roughly equally between the inland dunes/argan forest and the open beach, giving you a full experience of both environments.
Can we swim during the beach section?
No, the beach portion is focused entirely on riding. We do not stop for swimming, but we do make several stops for photos and a water break.
What should I wear for this ride?
Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting dusty. A light jacket is recommended as the ocean breeze can be cool, especially in winter.
Do the quads have enough power for the sand?
Yes, our modern 400cc and 450cc quad bikes are fully equipped to handle both the soft, shifting dunes and the hard-packed beach sand effortlessly.
Can I bring a passenger on the quad?
Yes, this tour is suitable for two people sharing a single quad bike, or you can each book your own for the ultimate solo riding thrill.
