1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Desert Wings — Quad & Buggy Excursions, based in Talborjt, Agadir 80000, Morocco. By making a booking, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Booking

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from Desert Wings (via WhatsApp or email).
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include:
- Professional local guide
- Safety equipment (helmet, goggles, gloves)
- Hotel pickup and drop-off (Agadir, Taghazout, Tamraght)
- Liability insurance
Prices do not include personal travel insurance or additional activities not specified in the tour description.
4. Payment
Payment is made on-site, in cash (MAD), on the day of the tour. No online payment is required to confirm a booking.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund (if any advance payment was made).
- Late cancellation: Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-show: No refund in case of no-show without prior notice.
- Weather cancellation: If Desert Wings cancels a tour due to adverse weather or safety conditions, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.
6. Age & Health Requirements
- Minimum age to drive a quad independently: 16 years old
- Children under 16 are welcome as passengers in 4-seater buggies
- Participants must be in good physical health
- Pregnant women and people with serious back or heart conditions are advised not to participate
- Desert Wings reserves the right to refuse participation if a participant appears unfit or under the influence of alcohol or drugs
7. Safety
- A safety briefing is mandatory before every tour
- All participants must wear provided safety equipment at all times
- Participants must follow guide instructions at all times
- Reckless driving or abandonment of the group may result in immediate tour termination without refund
8. Liability
Desert Wings provides fully insured tours with professional guides. However, participants engage in off-road activities at their own risk. Desert Wings cannot be held responsible for:
- Personal injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure
9. Photography & Video
Desert Wings may take photos or videos during tours for marketing purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in published media must inform their guide before departure.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Agadir, Morocco.
